The Aerobics Room has recently been remodeled to accommodate the specialized needs of some of the classes. Besides refinishing the floors and replacing the sound system, the ceiling was opened up to add the straps for the TRX System. To ensure the safety of the class participants, the strap hooks were engineered to support 500 pounds each. We've also added a Heavy Bag and Speed Bag wall mounts for those interested in boxing.



Classes offered include Boot Camp, KettleBell, Step, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kick Boxing and Boxing. Please refer to the link below for a current Class Schedule.



When the room is not being used for a class, members are encouraged to use the space and the equipment in it as an addition to the gym. Hand weights, mats, stability balls, Pilates rings, stretching bands, jump ropes, steps and KettleBells are available for use in the room. There is also a wall-mounted Ballet Bar for stretching.






Happy to finally have classes resume as we begin returning to normal.  Classes will be slowly added as the instructors feel comfortable returning.
